Myo Pya was born on 26th June 1987 in Yangon. He has participated in various group exhibitions in Myanmar. He learnt about art under artist Co Thiee and developed his art techniques from different artists outside of school and by approaching his art from many different angles. His art-learning centres are usually the teashops and galleries where most artists gather together to share their ideas. As well as being a talented artist, He is also a professional graphic designer. In his artwork he mainly focuses on portraits of inspirational people and on depicting pagodas scenes from different perspectives and vivid colours.
