Win Tint

 

Born: In 1966 (Pyinmama, Naypyitaw, Myanmar).

Studied: Painting at the State School of Fine Arts in Yangon where he graduated in 1986. He then went on to complete his diploma Computer Arts in 2002. From 1985 until now he has done 6 solo exhibitions and participated in more than 50 group exhibitions locally and internationally; Singapore, Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Australia and USA.

He was also the winner of the Myanmar Contemporary Art Awards in 2004. He worked as an Art Instructor at the Yangon State School of Fine Arts for about 30 years until he moved to Naypyitaw in 2018.

Currently he is working as a Staff Officer, Department of Fine Arts, Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture in Naypyitaw. His collection can be seen at the National Museum, Yangon and Nawaday Tharlar Gallery.
